Belles of Baker is an all female group of auditioned singers. Girls are divided into sections of Soprano 1, Soprano 2, and Alto. Altos may be split in Alto 1 and Alto 2 on occasion. Their repertoire is diverse with competition, performance, and pop selections.
Belles compete at the annual SCPA (State Choral Performance Assessment) and members have the opportunities to audition for the All-State Choral Festival. They are expected to be committed to learning and developing their singing and musicianship.
Belles sing for local events, Bellingrath Gardens, school concerts, and prearranged venues.
